Buying a Color Copier

If you are in Chicago and are looking for a color copier, here are some tips that may come in handy as you look to lease a copier!

• Only buy the size of copier you need.  If you do not need tabloid sized paper, don’t buy a tabloid copier.
• If you do not need color, don’t buy a color copier.
• If you do tons of color prints or copies per month, don’t be cheap and buy a small copier.  The savings on the prints will catch up quickly with the cost differential of the color copier.
• Don’t buy a copier with a lease if your accountant doesn’t recommend it.  Especially if the copier is under $3,000.
